Delivery
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded delivery to the UK only within five working days of ordering.
Although we keep a lot of items in stock, we will sometimes have to get items for you directly from our wholesaler. This means that it could take longer than five working days for your order to reach you, in which case we will email you immediately with details. If we are unable to source an item for you, we will notify you by email as soon as we can. We will then refund the appropriate amount back onto your card or offer you an alternative which you may choose to accept or decline.
Returns
If you wish to return items for refund you may do so at your expense within 10 days of delivery. The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds will only be given for complete & undamaged returns.
If your item is damaged or faulty we will be happy to exchange it if you let us know within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds will be made in the amount that you were originally charged for the items excluding the cost of postage & packing/carriage charges either charged to you or incurred by us for the purpose of sending them to you and excluding the cost of your returning them to us.
